Dave Reddin MBE
For 30 years I have been a serial disrupter of elite sports performance. From hands-on coaching in a club setting, to co-founding two technology start-ups and on to senior strategic leadership roles in National Governing bodies, my experience has been diverse, giving me a multi-faceted perspective on excellence.
I was a key part of Sir Clive Woodward’s England Rugby management team whose innovative methods created an unbeaten run over 4 years and delivered their first and only World Cup win in 2003. I spent 3 years developing and delivering a proprietary performance diagnostic tool to help premier league football teams, National rugby teams and Olympic sports form their strategy.
From 2009-2012 I designed and delivered transformational performance services to Team GB at Vancouver 2010 and the iconic record breaking London 2012 games. From 2014-2019, I was a key architect of the fundamental transformation of the English Football Association. I was instrumental in creating an innovative, highly disruptive strategy, structure and operating model which underpinned unprecedented success in this 6 year period including the most successful men’s World Cup for 26 years (2018), first European and World Cup wins for men’s age-group teams and new levels of success for Women’s national teams.
I live in the beautiful city of Bath with my wife, daughter and dog Max where I spend downtime cycling the endless hills and wishing I was a few years younger!
